Government agencies and other policy-oriented organizations have valuable, but sometimes complex, web content that but can be challenging to present online. Careful planning is required to make sure that the policy information has the wides reach impact possible.

In this Web Executive Seminar hosted by Forum One, speakers will provide tips and case studies about how to plan for a satisfying mix of content, services, and user experience to better serve policy audiences. Web content managers will talk about how they conceive and deliver useful services. The session will include a demonstration of simple and effective user testing techniques by user experience experts and approaches for incorporating user experience considerations into a sites strategic planning and design.
